My name is Wendy I am married and live in beautiful Tasmania. we moved here 8 years ago from the mainland,I have 3 adult children and 6 grand children .We had our own business on the mainland ,and closed down our Aquarium after 27 years.then decided on a new adventure by moving to Tasmania building a new house and making new friends,we live in the North West in the coastal town of Penguin such a pretty spot but then the whole of Tasmania is beautiful...... ........ ...... the big Penguin......

Love a lot of different music, jazz ,blues, some classical,favorite musicians-James Morrison. Acker Bilk.James Last,.Wynton Marsalis Trumpet,Dave Brubeck,and the list goes on.favorite singers ,Diana Krall. Nora Jones .Rod Stewart really love his American song book Albums, and Willie Nelson,.we play music most days, and go to a live Jazz concert once a month on the wharf in Ulverston,a lovely venue.overlooking the mouth of the river and the mountains in the background with the sun setting behind them it is a beautiful sight..........

what I have read;The Fourth Estate,Cat o Nine Tales.a lot of Bryce Courtney novels, Alister Mclain. I've read most of his. The Moon Is a Balloon by .David Niven ,and a lot more,the trouble is when i pick up a book i cant put it down and then nothing gets done.

Loved Breakfast at Tiffany's,Top Gun.Pretty Woman Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan Movies, love the oldies with the partnership of Spencer Tracey and Katherine Hepburn.love all of Audrey Hepburn movies .Steve Martin comedies and loved Goldie Hawn in Overboard and Bird on a Wire with Mel Gibson......... ......

Really like Midsomer Murders,Silent Witness,Inspector Morse, Lewis.N.C.I.S 800 words ,House Husbands ,English history ,favorite comedies are Mad About You, Seinfeld.Frasier,and love Death in Paradise and The Coroner......

love cats big and small. birds most animals , postcards, stamps used and new flowers (,roses and pansies are my favorite). the sea ,( tropical marine fish,dolphins.whales,the amazing coral life ) thunder storms fairies and butterflies beads, and surprises ,nice ones of coarse. hankies ,serviettes ,my favorite colors are green,blue, purple, and deep rich colors ..

I am pretty easy to please, just a couple of things please don,t send food of any sort as we have very strict quarantine laws. i,m not keen on spiders and snakes. and I don,t like bad language or violence.
