I have a thing for felty pins, and want to spread the joy :) The idea is very simple, we each make one felt pin (brooch) for our partner. Well, felt would be my suggested fabric, but if you feel more comfortable using some other material that's fine too. Be creative, go wild...think beads, buttons, ribbon, shells...erm, twigs, no maybe not. You get my point. All participants are free to mention particular likes and dislikes in the comment section (unfortunately not all of us are equally excited about pink fluffy creatures or mushrooms...or strawberries) but let's not get too picky, it ruins the surprise. So, rules: Newbies with a filled out profile are welcome (or I'd have to kick myself out), but if you have been scored, you must have a rating of at least 4.5 No recent no sends Make sure you rate your partner, or I will send vicious green gnomes to hunt you down. No kidding, and they're not pleasant. The swap is international If you do not meet the set requirements, but have a reasonable explanation for your situation you are free to PM me, and I'll look into it. Yep, I think that's about it, if you have any questions, feel free to ask. Oh yes, the pin can be a simple safety pin, provided that it is sewn on properly. Have fun :)

Ehm, anything (as long as it's not pink and fluffy) is fine by me...the crazier, the better. If you're left without a clue though, a sheep pin would be neat..ohohoh or a crow pin!

I love felt pin that I could pin at my bags or clothes, any felt animal or kawaii pin will do.

personally, i'm partial to black and grey, and things like skulls and spiders. but i would be happy with absolutely anything, as long as you made it and it's original. and if you have an overwhelming urge to make something pink and fluffy, my daughter will adore it.

I would prefer a brooch/pin with any shades of green or a mix of green, e.g. lime, teal and olive, etc., as its main colour.

However, other colours are welcome too.

Any design is good.

If the design is of green shades, I would wear it with my snow white angora/wool above-knee-length sleeveless pullover and a long sleeve teal turtle-necked cotton top within.
