I like a wide variety of music. My music collection contains everything from contemporary Christian such as Amy Grant and Michael W. Smith to rap artists such as Eminem. I like country artists such as SHeDAISY, Taylor Swift, Sugarland, and Reba. I also like contemporary artists such as Josh Groban.

Many of my friends are into techno, which I am still trying to acquire a taste for. I stay away from heavy metal.

My first crafting arena was stamping and cards. But I find less and less time in my schedule to sit down and create.

Now I'm more into knitting, and it seems so much easier to work into my schedule. I can throw some yarn and needles into a bag and work on something on the fly, while stamping requires more time to sit, think, create, layout, etc. I miss it, but time is sparse.

I own many many multiple books. :)

I like suspense/mystery/thrillers. Some of my favourite authors are Sue Grafton, John Lescroart, and Michael Connelly.

My guilty pleasure books are chick lit books, especially Brit chick lit. One of my favourite is Marian Keyes, but I also love Jane Green.

I tend to stay away from sci-fi, although most of my friends are into sci-fi so I'm trying to gain a better appreciation for that genre.

The Usual Suspects, Pulp Fiction, Elizabethtown, Top Gun, Days of Thunder, Mulan, Amelie, Ocean's Eleven (the remake), Office Space, Capote

CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (only the original one set in Las Vegas; I can't stand the others - even though the NY one has three actors I love), E.R., Friday Night Lights, How I Met Your Mother, most reality shows (American Idol, So You Think You Can Dance, Survivor, Top Chef, Project Runway, Queer Eye, to name a few of my favourites), and anything with Chef Gordon Ramsay.

I am an avid sports fan. I enjoy NASCAR, NFL, tennis, and ice hockey. My NFL team is the Raiders. I don't follow MLB as much anymore, but I do root for the Royals when I have time to catch scores or games. With hockey, I tend to be loyal to the San Jose Sharks, for personal reasons. When I comes to NASCAR, my favorite drivers (depending on the series) are Travis Kvapil, Erik Darnell, Jason Leffler, Carl Edwards, Jamie McMurray, Kyle Busch, Scott Speed, David Ragan, and Robby Gordon (I like several others, but those are my faves).

I'm a Winnie-the-Pooh fan, which means that I love all of main characters, especially Pooh, Piglet, and Eeyore. Tigger and Rabbit get on my nerves, but if they're all together as a group, I can take 'em. :)

I tend to spend the bulk of my free time doing a combination of reading, knitting, listening to music, and watching television.

If I had to pick three favourite foods, I'd go with sushi, tacos, and cheese.

I love ethnic foods, especially Vietnamese, Mexican, and Indian. I like spicy foods.

I don't eat pork.

I find olives disgusting. Blech.

I've never been one for sweets, but I do enjoy dark chocolate. The darker and bitter-er, the better!

Other than dark chocolate, I don't do caffeine. In undergrad, I used to drink a six-pack of Mountain Dew a day, and for health reasons I had to go cold turkey with caffeine. After that experience, I decided that I didn't need caffeine. So I've been caffeine-free since about 1995.

I don't like a lot of scented things because they tend to trigger migraine headaches. But I do enjoy scents that are very mild. For instance, the air fresheners I use in my house are adjustable, and I use them on the lowest setting.

One scent I love is lilac because it's such a clean, fresh scent. Other scents I enjoy are nature-based, like "fresh rain" or "crisp breeze." I personally never knew that the breeze had a scent, but Glade says so, and who I am to argue with them? ;)
