I'm a SAHM, with two girls 9 & 11, but my favorite child is a boy, who is furry and never talks backs to me. He rides in the car with me everyday, also tries to say thank you to the bank lady and dry cleaner lady who have treats for him. My husband wants me to go back to work to save for my girls college education. ( another reason the boy is my fav) Instead of getting a regular 9 to 5 job, I am starting my own custom sewing business. Sewing of custom window treatments for home and marine interiors.

i love to sew, i wish i was as creative as many of the bloggers i follow. I love tutorials, i print them an save them and when im working on a project and need the info i usually have it somewhere.

i love crafts that make people say, "you made that?"

i am a fabric hoarder, i have pieces from evey project i done in the past five years. if there is sale in joannes, michaels or ac moore. im gonna by something. because you never know... my friends know if they need help with a project im going to have whatever it is they need from astro turf (dont ask) to a die cut machine.

i love bold prints, i love stripes and i love polka dots. i do not like small, "country-type" prints for fabric. i love, love, love RA Kaufman, Moda, and amy butlera.

how come my kids lose so many hair elastics? if you think your dryer eats a lot of socks, it is nothing compared to how many hair elastics my kids hair can eat.
