Home Again - What is it worth now?

I've been working on my letter for "Home Once and Now" which was coordinated by Junemoon and it brought back some wonderful memories. I talked some of them over with my spouse and he suggested I check on the prices of them on Zillow.com. So I did. It was very interesting to see how the prices had climbed and dropped and to see when the houses had last been sold. It also gives an aerial view of the neighborhood and the house itself so I found it interesting to see the changes in the yards.

So for this swap, the idea is to check Zillow.com for a house you lived in - or maybe one you spent a lot of time in. Just seeing the pictures of the houses and the neighborhoods is sure to bring up some good memories. Write a short note about the zillow search, the information you found out, the memories it invoked, and how you felt about it to your partners.

Oh, I was just told that you have to pay to get information on the houses, but that is only if you want lots of specific information. The houses I checked on all popped up with a "Zestimate" of what they think the house is worth now and one of them gave me the price the house sold for last year - and I didn't pay anything for the information.
