Hello, my sistahs! The Big Day of Gifting is upon us! How joyous! How wonderful! How scary! So you will have one partner and you will send her something from your newly acquired stash of Christmas/Winter Holiday gifts...something that you really, really don't need, don't like, don't want, maybe even hate. Are we all understanding the concept of this swap? Your partner might actually love that Elvis candy tin that was once filled with hound dog shaped gummies. You ate the gummies (they were ok, not great), but now you're stuck with the tin. Do you throw it away? Do you try to turn it into a Valentine's Day crafty what-not? Or...do you join this swap and send it to your somewhat older partner who lists Elvis five times in her list of favorites?

I think you know what to do. One partner, one less than adored holiday present, get rid of it already!

No need to wrap, no need to feel any guilt, no need to apologize. Just send it and be sure to include the pertinent swap info. Go ahead, sign up now. You know you'll have something you will REALLY want to get rid of. And if by some chance you can't part with any of your 2022 gifts, it's ok to send your partner a gift from another year. Just send something fairly new, not old, beat up and worn out.

P.S. Include a note telling your partner why you just cannot keep the item. They might just decide to hate it as well, or they just might decide that they LOVE it.
