Time in a....swap

Every culture celebrates the New Year; and it is the oldest universal festival, but it is celebrated on so many, many dates in endless ways. Witch's New Year is actually Hallows. However our culture does it on January 1.

These haunting lyrics are from a song I have heard over and over for decades as a love ballad as well as for funerals. Croce wrote it for the birth of his Son, and was later killed in a plane crash in 1973, so it became an anthem for mortality & our wish to have more time.
