MPU: I can see clearly now ATC

Recently the lovely @oblivionspin sent me a fascinating post card. (See above picture) She drew, then cut out a image, then made the rest of the post card using clear tape.

For this swap you will create a ATC that is up to 2/3 paper and at least 1/3 clear material. You can draw on your paper, collage, stamp, paint...whatever you prefer. Don't forget your name on the back. For the clear part try packing tape, clear contact paper, laminating.... Make sure the final ATC is ATC sized (2.5 x 3.5). Send off to your partner...easy peasy.
