mpu: tipsy mail art

Pull up a chair and grab a drink, it's lady's night at MPU.

For this swap, we will be getting just a little tipsy (or a lot) and making some art!

You will, while under the influence, create one "filler" item and decorate one envelope for your partner.

The "filler" item can be:
an ATC
a minizine
an altered tag
a bookmark
handmade stickers
a small piece of art
or other similar type things that strike your maybe a little drunk fancy.

As for envelope decoration, how you decorate is up to you, doodle, stamp, collage, pretty much your standard mail art protocol.

You can get drunk first or drink as you go. Whatever you are comfortable with. Be a smart artist, know your limits and all the usual disclaimers. As long as you feel a little warm and fuzzy inside you're good to go, I'm not asking anyone to get blackout hammered.

Oh, and leave the envelope out for sober you to make sure the address is actually legible enough for the USPS... that helps.
