Comment: I finally received the fb's. But they were mailed out over a month past the mail deadline. I hate giving out 1's & 3's. Be very careful of your future swaps. Most people wouldn't be nearly as forgiving as I am. But thank you for getting them sent out even if they were late.

Comment: Send by day 7/11/2011..... 7/13/2011 You emailed me that it would be late..... 7/25/2011 mailed out date.......... Still no journal one month after send by date. If the journal shows up I'll change the rating. UP DATE: Received a very nice journal 8/26/2011.....The postal sticker shows it was mailed 8/24/2011... when the deadline to mail out was 7/11/2011....Yes, I understand life happens..... I'm dealing with health issues and looking at surgery.. My DH had a stroke in June.. We lost our 17yr old cat in July.. My aunt who I lived with most of my life passed away Aug 1st .. I've had to replace my furnace in Jan. My well pump in Feb.. and the Airconditioner in May.. plus we are retired and on limited income.. So I do understand..
