Comment: I've decided based on the 1's coming in and the recent news that the lush photo you sent me was re-used and sent to multiple people claiming it was their swap, that I need to rate you now instead of waiting by in hopes this swap shows up. If I does, I will re -rate, but this rating and your other ones needs to stand as a testament in case you join anymore swaps before fixing the ones you've flaked on. I spent a good deal of money on you, over the required amount (especially after the exchange rate and shipping to the UK. It really bums me out to never receive word, the promised swap, and ultimately to have to rate you this...but I can't keep taking you on faith alone and nobody else should have to either. I never asked for a Christmas gift or a penal box, but both were promised....never received either. Never received this swap and now you're saying you want to Angel one of the other swaps I was flaked on...please fix what you've already promised to people before adding more promises to the pile...

Comment: This has not been received. After communication was stated that resend was on 2/11. Will change if envelope arrives. Barbara contacted me again in April & May of 2014 stating she would resend in order to 'clean up' her ratings. However, a package has never arrived.
