I'm Stephanie, a newbie, from North Carolina, USA. I'm originally from California (SoCal). I miss it and my family a lot. I am also a newbie to married life. I am adjusting well. I hope my hubby, John, can say the same. teehee.
I have always been a fan of snail mail, but I haven't had a pen pal since elementary school. It was an assignment for a school project and it held my interest ever since. While I love modern technology and being able to contact anyone through text/email, I'm very attracted in knowing that my handwriting and/or art has travelled. I love to travel. So, when I can't, it's nice to know a piece of me can!
I used to read a lot, but because I sit behind a computer for most of the day, I can't sit down long enough to sit and read a chapter. I do miss getting lost in a good read though. These days I prefer to get lost listening to music or a TV series while I work on crafts or working around the house.
I am willing to do just about any crafting if I think I can create something decent, but I think I love paper crafting and baking the most.
