Who am I, eh? I am a friend, as servant to my cats (Nochez, Lucy Lew, and Spike), wife, sister, daughter... I work at a rare book and manuscript library and go to school part-time.

I like to read, especially thrillers, mysteries, harlequin romances, fantasy/sci-fi, erotica. I knit and crochet, so I am always on the look out for interesting patterns and stitches, in addition to my addiction to non-acrylic yarns. :)

I have a sense of humor and tend to see the best in people if not the world (I am a tad cynical -- call me a practical optimist). Oddly enough, I like to clean and organize my house. I go to open houses and tag/yard/garage sales.

I like celebrating other peoples successes since many people do not take the time to breathe, let alone celebrate. Let's see...I like the most "royal" colors: deep purple, forest green, lapis/sapphire blue, black, etc. (can you tell I grew up with Crayola Crayons?). I love faeries, Hello Kitty (old and new), Emily, Daria, board games ... I would also love to travel -- I have yet to go overseas.

Metallica, NIN, Rage Against the Machine, Motley Crue, Disturbed, Tool, Korn, Alice and Chains, Evanenscence, Rolling Stones, Aerosmith, The Matrix soundtracks, old Ani DiFranco, Mellissa Etheridge, some Kenny Rogers, Bonnie Raitt, some of the current pop and hip hop/rap, classical music, 80's rock, anime ... anything that gets me moving or singing!

Harry Potter series, Labyrinth, Stranger Than Fiction, Like Water for Chocolate, mysteries/thrillers, sci-fi/fantasy, drama, thrillers, Wordplay, Goonies, Lost Boys, Dark Crystal, Lord of the Ring, some horror (not as much anymore - can't take the excess blood and gore), and whatever seems interesting at the time...

CSI, Law & Order (especially SVU and CI), most forensic shows, The Simpsons, South Park, Ab Fab, Trading Spaces (and most showes on HGTV), old holiday cartoon specials,Tru Calling, Mystery on A&E, dramas, thrillers, whatever catches my fancy, and I have a soft spot for Murder She Wrote and Columbo.
