I'm married with no kids but 2 poochies to drive me mental instead!

I'm a yarnaholic crafter who's tried most crafts at least once though my first love is knitting! I love knitting books and complicated patterns though I like to have simple stuff on the go too for when my brain's otherwise occupied! I love cross stitch (but hate how long it takes!), Japanese embroidery and once ran a business making unique mohair Teddy Bears. I generally have so many knitting projects on the go, I rarely have time for much else.

I love variegated yarns and spin and dye my own but I can never resist a bargain in a yarn shop!

You mean aside from knitting books? I like fiction to help me switch off, not too scary or complicated. I like good children's fiction, I'm on my way thru all the Harry Potters before I read the final one at the moment. I like the Dark materials trilogy (the movie looks like it could be good!); books by Jill Mansell, Wendy Holden and Marian Keyes.

I'll watch plenty of movies as long as they're not horror or too graphic. I've been obsessed re-watching the Harry potter movies as I'm scouting out all the knitted sweaters!

I tend to favour softer fibres (as I have sensitive skin)and like lots of different colour combinations. I am often drawn to blue/turquoise/lilac/purple combinations, firey reds and l'm less keen on muddy, indistinct colours or super bright neon shades. I love playing with colour and now have an etsy shop for my fibres.

I love chocolate, both milk and dark but am not fond of dried fruit (raisins etc.) or coconut.

I don't drink tea or coffee.
