Hi! Welcome to my page ! You want to know more about me so here it is. My name is Roxana .I live in Romania.I am one of those people who knows a little bit about everything but nothing too deep to have a lecture on something. I'm just curious about things. I like foreign languages - I know English, French, Italian.So,this site is a great opportunity to use them more often.And to learn new words in any different language.You can write a note in one of these languages,or you just teach me something in your own language. I also love my native language,Romanian,so I will share some words with you in my notes. I like writing and reading.I think books are doors to new worlds so when I read I live in a parallel world.And I also write at least a few words everyday and I prefer pen and paper. I will always write a few words to my swap partner about what I send and not only. I also love my cats, Pufina and a new add to the kingdom,Noro. They are members of my family as most pets are,right? I have a small garden that I plant mostly flowers to enjoy the colours of nature. I also like to learn more about different parts of the world where I might never get. So I collect postcards, stories and so on .It's my way of travelling far away. I like the surprise factor. Regarding swaps , I always send what I have to send.I use regular postal services.They do their job as good as they can. If you don't receive something from me just let me know. Bad things happened on the road.. I have a few not received swaps too but I don't give a bad rating right away.

postcards from your part of the world, journals,(even junk journals are ok) notebooks, notecards (colorful and happy) anything with cats,big or small,(if you like drawing,draw me an artistic cat), shells,seaglass,anything about the sea and beaches since I love the sea but live far away from it, anything flowers theme, something for my garden, something from your garden, stationary (who does not like these ), stickers( any stickers are good), fridge magnets from your part of the world with flags or mini postcards, colorful items,(pretty papers,even handmade pieces of paper,knick-knacks) scraps of fabric with interesting pattern, ribbons, lace, colored beads to use it in my projects. As character I like Donald Duck . I restarted collecting stamps so you can add some from your country if you can. If you are an illustrator show me your work.

I like to think about myself as a crafty person. I like to knit first of all but don't imagine I make big things like sweaters or plaids or blankets.I am more into small items like toys, gloves or scarves,etc. I am also learning to sew and I like combining fabric, lace or ribbons.

I also like working with paper . I discovered it making Atcs, collages,junk journals not long time ago and now I tend to keep every piece of paper other would throw away.I make my own cards to send forward so expect something like this from me. Or send me something I can use to make them. I started doing junk journals and this opened a new door to my creativity. Every bits I get are now treasured on a page of my journal./art journals

I'm always trying to discover my creativity so if something can be done by hand I will try and do it.

Anything crafty or crafted will be appreciated if you like to send me your work.

Regarding food items I am open to try new tastes and flavors, no matter how strange.Sour,sweet or crunchy. Try to send me your local brands not international that I can buy from here too.I like diversity so add something more than one sortiment. I also like small samples of cappuccino,chocolate or tea bags..

I know some countries have strict rules about food items.Just let me know when you want to send you something like this.

Postcards are my way of seeing the world.I have a collection of postcards from around the world that my father started and now I want to add more from my time and keep his collection going in his memory. I would like to see interesting/ famous buildings,landscapes from your city/region(parks or gardens,promenade places), nature(animals-wild or domestic-different flower species,shells,the sea,the ocean,and so on),and also CATS. Also art pieces are interesting, traditional costumes/holidays or famous people from your country. I also like illustrators works,photographers pieces, something artistic and with a story behind. I will get even postcards that are already written (not addressed to me), older,(that you want to get rid of it) if they represents something of the above. I don't like postcards that don't represent anything.

I'm open to private swaps but I never tried organizing one here so feel free to include me in one sometime :)
