I recently got a new job that is taking up most of my time, so I am still here but not swapping as much as before.

Hi there! I live in Nashville, Tennessee though I mostly grew up in Florida and have lived lots of different places. I was a middle school teacher for six years but left two years ago to pursue other things, like opening a vegan restaurant! One of my biggest hobbies is Muay Thai kickboxing. My current record is 8-3 and I've won two title belts. I am also an avid weightlifter and do yoga when I can find time. I'm really passionate about a lot of different things - from organic farming to animal rescue. I live with my husband and our menagerie of rescue animals -- two cats, two dogs, and a corn snake. I volunteer with two local animal rescues.

I am an avid reader and normally devour 100 or so books per year. I love live music and try to go to shows as often as possible. If "Trouble" wasn't already my middle name, then it would be "Wanderlust" as I love to travel and am always trying to plan my next trip. Besides working on different mail art projects, I knit, paint, draw, do pottery, do stained glass, carve blockprints, make zines, write (letters, short fiction, and poetry), sew, and quilt. I get hooked on learning new crafts very easily and am constantly bouncing from one project to the next.
