Hi! I'm new here but soooo anxious to get started swapping with other members!

I'll get started in a little introduction of myself. I'm a 31 year old Japanese-American girl born and raised in Southern California. I always tell people in an introverted extrovert. Yes, it doesn't make sense at first, but what I mean by that, is I'm usually shy when I first meet a person. But, once I get to know you, watch out! I can be a lil' bit of a practical joker, make you laugh for hours, but most of all, I'm a very loyal friend. I've been told by many that I have a very nice personality. I smile a lot and try to be friendly. Of course, I'm not all roses, either ;) I've also been told that I'm very stubborn, complain too much, and need to learn to stand up for myself. So, that's the good and bad of me! :)

I went to college @ Cal State Long Beach and graduated with a BA in English. I despise anything that has to do with math, which is why I went on the English route! :) My brain just cannot process math and science, I'm not sure why? I got laid off of my job, so I'm currently trying to prepare to try and get my Masters in Library Science @ UCLA. I just hope I'm smart enough to pull that off. Sometimes I lack confidence in myself in that area.

I LOVE crafts! I'll explain more about that in my craft section. I also LOVE dogs! I love how they love you no matter what your faults are... I also love how loyal they are to you! I have a Wire Haired Fox Terrier that's my little baby!

I'm not married... yet. But my boyfriend and I have been together for 7 years now. I call him Pooh since he's like my Pooh Bear. Hopefully we'll be engaged sometime THIS YEAR! :) Hint, hint!

I'm a total craft fanatic, but my favorite craft is rubber stamping and creating beautiful cards. I would love to trade an ATC with anyone and hopefully I can brighten their day and they can brighten mine at the same time! :)

I shall think of more as inspiration strikes me! =D

DISLIKES: Gothic things, skulls (kawaii ones are cute tho), country, religious cults, vampires, gore, etc. I guess this list will also expand once I get used to things here, also.

ALLERGIES: I'm allergic to cat hair, but if you're doing a swap with me and have a cat, it shouldn't be a problem. For those that I am giving a swap to, I have a dog; however, she's a wire hair so she's pretty good for people with allergies. All my items come from a smoke free home, fyi.

I am a total reality TV fanatic. I pretty much love every show that's on VH1! Right now my favorite is "Daisy of Love". I also watch "Charm School", "New York Goes to Work". I'm also into shows on MTV. If you ever wanna talk reality TV, I'm your gal! :)

I'm an English major so I like to do a lot of reading. For my girly fun reads, I love to read "chick-lit". Things like, "The Devil Wears Prada", Melissa Senate books, Meg Cabot, Jennifer Weiner, etc. I also love Judy Blume! :)

I also USED to read books more difficult, but I find now in my 30's I like the more lighthearted chick lit books or mysteries. Don't get me wrong though, I love a Haruki Murakami or Salman Rushdie book if I'm feeling "smart"... which isn't often ;)
