A little about me: I work from home making felt flower bouquets, ornaments, embroidery hoop wall art and whatever else strikes my fancy. I like getting requests for custom orders. I have an Etsy shop and I do local craft fairs as well. www.thedelightfulbee.com if you are curious about the things I make.

While I do enjoy getting notecards, postcards, stickers and other paper products, I have quite a stockpile at the moment as I don't really use those items very often. It's nice to have a stash but at the moment I would love receiving buttons, beads, and scraps of wool felt or fabric.

My husband and I learned to swing dance for our wedding a few years ago and have been hooked ever since. I love dressing up and dancing the night away!

I am nutty for Pilates. I have been practicing it for several years now. I truly think it is magical because it makes me feel so good!

I am very down to earth. I don't have a specific religion that I practice but I like a lot of buddhist and pagan teachings. I try to be mindful, loving and non judgmental as much as possible.

I love honeybees too! My name, means honeybee in latin so I have always had a soft spot for them. We are novice beekeepers too! We just started keeping bees in the spring of 2016. We didn't have much luck with our hives though. We will try again in the spring of 2017. I love all things bee and honey related!

I have a cat named Pazuzu. We got her name from a gargoyle in Futurama, not the demon in The Exorcist lol!. She is colored like a black and white cow and she has green eyes.

Neil Gaiman is my favorite author. I've been following him since his comic book Sandman! I love the character Death from the series.

I loved the Harry Potter series. I think I have read all of them at least twice and some as many as four times.

I lean towards Sci-fi/fantasy books. Creepy books are good too. H.P. Lovecraft and Edgar Alan Poe are great. I also love Christopher Moore books, he is quirky and makes me laugh! I'm open to reading other genres if someone suggests something.

I am currently reading Neil Gaiman's short story book, Trigger Warning and Neal Stephenson's Snow Crash.

Futurama is my all time favorite TV show. My husband and I watch it nearly every night. I made a felt Bender wall hanging for my husband's birthday a few years ago.

Scrubs, Bob's Burgers, Friends, Dr. Who, How I Met Your Mother and Big Bang Theory are some other favorite shows.

Fall is my favorite season. I love the change in weather and when the leaves change color.

Fall means the return of everything pumpkin! I love Pumpkin Spice Lattes and I enjoy trying as many pumpkin recipes as I can each year. Pumpkins and jack o'lanterns are on display in my home year round.

Fall also means Halloween and Dia de los Muertos! I love dressing up and decorating...I collect vintage Halloween decorations. I put up a black Halloween tree and decorate it every year. I host a Dia de los Muertos celebration each year complete with an altar for loved ones.

I like a wide variety of music. My favorite band is Gogol Bordello. They are an amazing gypsy punk band.

I also love new wave 80s music like The Cure, Oingo Boingo, New Order, and Depeche Mode.

Since I am a swing dancer I love swing era big band and jazz music as well as 50s Doo Wop music.

I putz around on the violin, guitar and ukulele so I also love listening to music that has those instruments. I would also enjoy receiving items themed around those instruments.

My all time favorite movie is The Nightmare Before Christmas. I have loved it since it came out in the theater!

I love most Pixar movies, especially Toy Story and Finding Nemo. I have an extra special soft spot for Up! That was the movie my husband and I watched on our first date. We even incorporated an Up! theme into our wedding.

Animated movies, super hero movie (esp. Marvel), and independent movies are my favorite types of movies.

I don't really drink coffee for energy or because I need it to get going in the morning. I just love the way it tastes! I love the ritual of a cup of coffee in the morning, it makes me happy! At home I brew a dark roast coffee and add cream and Stevia, pretty basic. When I go out I usually get a cappuccino with lots of foam! I get flavored lattes from time to time, like Pumpkin Spice Latte or a Salted Caramel Mocha.

I have recently discovered a yummy and supposedly healthy coffee drink. It is a Golden Milk Latte. It uses turmeric paste blended with milk and then added to your coffee. You can sweeten it with honey and add cinnamon to it as well. It is really yummy and satisfying.

I love working with felt - making ornaments, flowers, wall art, magnets, etc.

I also do embroidery hoop art and button crafts. I can never have too many buttons!

I love to make my Halloween costume every year.

I have a sewing machine but right now I can only sew straight lines. I would like to be able to make more complicated things with it some day! I'm working on a dress but it's only half finished.

I have a dark side. I like things that are creepy and macabre. Bones and skeletons, cemeteries, ghosts, haunted things, magick, pictures of people with animal heads, etc.

I love vintage and modern pin up girls as well as tasteful nude images.

Swing dance era (1920-1940) clothes, shoes, hair styles, music, images, videos, articles, etc.

Vintage cruiser bicycles - love the look of them!

Dislikes: I'm not terribly picky so hopefully this won't turn into a long list. Here are a few things I would rather not receive.
