I like creating things but haven't found my niche yet! I am interesting in all things handmade. I like seeing other people's handiwork because it reminds me that anything can be acheived if you put your mind to it.

I love anything to do with Knitting, Sewing, Softies, Dr Who, Mario, Gilmore Girls. Plus I love dogs and cute animals in general. A little bit of a girly girl but I don't give that impression when you first meet me!

I haven't been reading as much as I'd like to recently as I haven't got my hands on the right book!

However, my all time favourites have to be: Magician, Chocolat, Running with Scissors, Atonement, The Belgariad Trilogy, The Elenium Trilogy, The Lord of the Rings Trilogy, The Hobbit, 101 Dalmations, The Book of Lost Things. Anything along the fantasy like is my cup of tea but I also love interesting crime novels and a little bit of action.

I really love crafting in general but I had a time away from it all when I got a big kids job at the bank. Initially I just had too much going on at work to be able to come home and set my mind to a project.

Now I have some time off for a few months so I'm going to enjoy all my previous favourites!! I did dressmaking for some years and was a Costume Designer for a few theatre companies around the place. I also love cross-stitch, knitting, crochet (although I'm not very good at it yet!), card-making and making softies.

My favourite music falls more into favourite artists. As I'm Australian (living in Ireland) my tastes are probably a little different, or the bands/artists unheard of!

Powderfinger, Josh Pyke, Laura Marling, Bob Dylan, Lisa Mitchell, Lior, Jose Gonzalez, Wolfmother, Lily Allen, The Killers, Bell XI, Hard-Fi, Mika, Billy Joel, Joni Mitchell, Don McLean, Elton John, Diana Ross, Bernard Fanning, The Panics.... and the list goes on!

This will probably be a pretty normal list for the most part as I don't get to see many off-the-wall movies. I'm sure I'd like to if I could get my hands on some!

Wet Hot American Summer, Anchorman, Zoolander, Igby Goes Down, Back to the Future, Star Wars, A Clockwork Orange, The Lord of the Rings, Fifth Element, Taladega Nights,

I eat just about anything but my most favourites foods (and drinks) are:

Tea, tea and more tea!, Apple Pie, Cupcakes, Chocolate (plain and dark), Good quality cheese, Olives, Sundried Tomatoes.

I really love homegrown food the most but I don't have any space here at the moment. In July I'll be back In Aus so will have plenty of time and space for growing!
