For some reason, what I had previously written here got deleted, so I'm attempting again!

My name is Jessica and I'm 22 years old. I live in a TINY town in western New York, absolutely no where near New York City. I'm a first time college student with a major in Health Studies. I'm currently attending a local community college & after I graduate I plan on transferring to a four year university to study Nursing.

My dad was in the military for most of my life so I have traveled all over the United States and have lived in five states. Because of it, I've seen so many things this wonderful country has to offer and it has definitely inspired my dream to travel the world one day, which I WILL do. I've currently only been to Canada and Mexico, but I'd love to & will see more of the world. First countries I'd want to see are Scotland, Ireland and Fiji.

My most favorite people in the world besides my family, boyfriend, and friends are Michelle Obama, Kate Middleton and David Bowie.

I'm definitely a girly girl and it shows. I love all things pink, sparkly, and cute. I especially love bows (I have a bow tattoo on my finger!) and Hello Kitty. I've been a huge Hello Kitty fan since I was a little girl. I honestly can't get enough of her.

I have eight tattoos. My dad hates them and thinks I'm ruining my body, but I LOVE them. I plan on getting many more. I'm currently in the process of planning a vintage Valentine's Day themed quarter sleeve.

I mostly came on this website in the search of pen pals. I love writing to people and learning about them and how they live their lives. I absolutely love when I send a swap to someone that has nothing to do with penpalling and they write me a letter! It seriously makes my day and I always write back, no matter your age or gender. The more penpals I can get, the happier I will be!

I have an adorably chubby orange & white tabby cat named Peaches. He is my world, pretty much.

I start school on the 27th of August. I have a total of five classes, two each day, and on top of that I also have a part time job. I'll be quite busy, but I would never join a swap I didn't think I could handle. So please don't be worried about being partnered with me. I will come through!

There are a lot of things I consider my "favorite," so this is just a brief list of things I love! This is by NO MEANS a 'wish list!'

♥Post cards: When I'd travel with my family, I always had to get at least one post card from every single state we went through. I have a photo album full of post cards I've collected through out the years and I'm now working on my second one. My dad retired from the military and he along with my mom decided to live permanently in New York, so I haven't had a chance to collect post cards as much as I used to :( I love any and ALL types of post cards! I'm really not picky about what post I receive at all, however, I'm not crazy about post cards that have cars on them. But any post card sent to me is greatly appreciated. My favorites are scenery cards.

♥Stickers: I use these to decorate my letters and envelopes (and name tags at work!) Again, I'm not really picky but please no religious or 'boy' type stickers. I could always pass them on though :) My favorite types of stickers to receive are Hello Kitty, Disney and those "puffy" stickers!

♥Lettersets/correspondence cards: I recently bought a huge lot of these on eBay and I am swimming in them! But I seriously cannot have enough and I am addicted. I have all types of stationary you could imagine, but I love anything that has to do with paper or cards.

♥Kawaii things: Kawaii things are insanely hard for me to find around here. It's sad. I always want to join Kawaii type swaps, but I have nothing that could be considered Kawaii :(

♥Scrapbook things: Okay, I don't scrapbook. But I use anything you use for scrapbooking for my letters. I love to decorate letters and rarely write a letter on plain white paper.

♥Holidays: I love all holidays!! My favorites are Christmas, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Easter & Valentine's Day, in that order. But I really only go "all out" for Christmas and Halloween. I absolutely LOVE anything that involves Christmas and everything about Christmas. And I love all things horror, skulls, bats, and basically anything that goes bump in the night.

♥Tea: I like most teas, however, I do NOT like green tea! My favorite kinds of tea are oolong, roobios, and fruity teas. I love sweet tea as well! I also love anything that has to do with tea & tea pots, such as note cards, post cards, etc.

♥Disney: I love everything Disney! My favorites are Beauty & The Beast, Tangled, Mulan & The Aristocats.

♥Recipes: I moved out of my parents' house this past February and am now on my own, which means I also have to cook for myself. I love to receive recipes and join in as many recipe related swaps as I can, but please nothing too complicated. I am a BIG baker, so any dessert recipe is much appreciated! I mostly bake cakes but I love to give anything a try :)

♥Cats & owls: I love them. LOVE them.

♥Cupcakes: I just think they're so cute.

♥Candy: I'm actually not a big candy eater, but I do love candy. I ESPECIALLY love foreign candy!! It's so hard to find around here! I like mint chocolate, white chocolate, milk chocolate; basically any kind of chocolate except dark chocolate. I love Junior Mints, Starbursts and Sprees. I absolutely love cherry sours, but they are literally impossible to find. I'm also really into organic food and candy.

♥The 90s!: I'm so nostalgic for the 90s, it almost makes me sad sometimes lol. I adore anything that was popular in the 90s. I'm a huge, huge, huge Lisa Frank fan!

Other random things I love: buddhas, miniature rubber ducks, blank journals, notebooks, cute pens, eBay, nail polish of any color, light houses, magnets, coffee, fall, school supplies, vintage kitchen items, candles, incense cones, cookie cutters, eccentric things, pressed pennies, key chains, elephants, glitter, sequined things, thrift stores, Victoria's Secret Pink, tote bags, butterflies and seriously tons more!

I'm really excited about this and interacting with other people in a way in which I can be creative! :)

I'm a very, very easy person to please! Anything I recieve in the mail I deeply appreciate! I put a lot of work and thought into the things I send :)

The only thing I request that you NOT send is anything religion-related because I am not a religious person at all.

I vow to ALWAYS rate as soon as I receive something! :)

ALSO, please try not to write anything Swap Bot related on the outside of an envelop or package (unless it's a post card swap of course!). I feel really weird about people getting all up in my business. :P
