I live in New York City, the city that never sleeps - except I do. And I love the mornings. I work in fashion. I have a custom invitation studio and I recently discovered my love for crafting.

Currently I love the cold war kids, kanye west, pearl jam, the killers, gipsy kings, arctic monkeys, radiohead, cold war kids, yeah yeah yeahs. sleater-kinney, flogging molly, dropkick murphys, ella, louis, and all that jazz, pinback, morcheeba, the decemberists, west coast rap from the late 90s. . .

I'm really into those detective murder mystery novels, The Time Travelers Wife was great, lovely bones, running with scissors, the secret life of bees, runny babbit, the amazing adventures of kavalier and clay. . . I like book recommends - so feel free to email them my way.

Likes: I'm not really partial to any color in particular, but I tend to wear a lot of blue and green and though I'd love to be that girl dressed chicly in black, I'm inexplicably drawn to bright colors and patterns. I can appreciate all styles of design! I love paper, stickers, glitter, sequins, pretty things, funky things, scissors, punches, ribbon, markers, shells, buttons. . .

Dislikes: religious items, smoking (smell, etc. . .)

Other than that, I can't wait to start a-swappin.

I just started scrapping and I love it! I also love to cook (is that a craft?). I like making greeting cards, dabble in sewing, taking pictures... maybe I'll try this ATC thing - never done that before. . . I like to make things for other people, things that make them happy or make them smile, brighten up their day.
