By day I'm a Realtor, but in my free time, I'm a creator. In the garden, in the basement, in the kitchen,office, etc. The daughter of a talented sketch artist who never pursued it. I got the itch, but not the talent. So I attempt, sometimes I fall short, but I try. I enjoy painting (on all types of surfaces), jewlery making, home goods, some needle work. I have recently discovered mixed media and think I have found my medium. I'm currently working on a canvas that is inspired by "Alice in wonderland". It was a challenge in one of the Sumerset magazines. I went for it knowing I would not make their deadline but would enjoy the challenge. It's been a wonderful journey, discovering it's shape in my mind and trying to find the images, paper, and materials to fulfill that picture. I suspect that it will take several more months, and in the off hours, I work on other projects.

Wind chimes out of beads, keys, electrial and plumbing parts, (not the most beautiful to look at, but they sound lovely), jewlery and painting.

I'm also renovating a mission style home from the 1920's. We are freeing the wood of many years of paint, the floors of dirt and varnish, a kitchen reno is close. We started on the 10yr plan now on the 20yr plan thanks to the economy.

I live on the east coast of the United States on the Delaware River. Where NY/NJ and PA meet. It's a lovely spot nestled betwen the Delaware River and the lower Catskills/Pocono Mountains. I'm a wife, mom of two kids. A Daughter in Highschool and a Son leaving elementary school. I like cemertary's, I like visiting and photographing them, doing famlily tree research in them.

My office is pink one wall has grey stripes a bit off center. I call it my Tim Burtin room.

I enjoy gardening, herbs and flowers. Iris is my favorite flower but I love color in the yard. I have never met a piece of chocholate I have not liked! Raised Catholic, but follow a more pagan spirtual life now. I love the beach and the woods. Colors vary, greens, purples, pink, blue, earth tones. Victorian and Mid-evil, Nature, Cats, keys.

I love halloween and I'm a"Rennie" so I love dressing up in costume. I've been a witch, fairy, knight, wench, Lady and Pirate in my ren faire life.

When it comes to jewlery, I do mostly beeding, but I'm starting to expand and look forward to doing so here. My personal preference is "original" pieces. I receive many compliments on my personal necklace and earring collections.

my work tends to be more surreal or folk like, but I like like the impressionists, I do like Dali he had an interisting view of the world.

I start my day with a good strong cup of tea. and continue drinking tea during the day either hot or iced.

Chocolate, chocholate anyting is my friend.

I'm 1/2 puerto rican and the rest is the general assembly of the UN. But identify with my English side most. I"m a bit of an anglophile.

my musical taste is varried. the only thing I really don't like is Rap. I can tolerate Hip/Hop, at least my son is hoping I can tolerate it. I like classical, opera, irish midevil, rock, zepplin, dylan, folk,...

Reading mostly historical bio's on Strong women of the past, Elizabeth I, Catherine de Medici, Katherine the great. I love a good read, it doesn't much matter what subject matter,
