Hi! I'm Ashley and I'm 23 years old born and raised in Texas, but thanks to the military we are now in North Carolina. A little bit about myself: I am a Navy Veteran and loved every minute of it. I recently decided to get out so I could go to college full time starting this fall! I am beyond excited to finally return to school. My favorite color is blue.

I am married and we have two fur babies, a dog and a cat (who wouldn't mind some surprise gifts as well haha).

As far as postal situations goes, we have a mailbox right outside our door, but our postmen don't come by unless they are dropping off mail, BUT luckily there is a drive thru post office box down the road, so I will always try to drop them in a timely manner. If something is late, please please let me know. I always try to send out the mail as soon as I can, so if you don't receive something, it's most likely lost or delayed but I won't mind sending another.

I consider myself a homebody and LOVE to stay in (especially in the hot summers). If I'm super bored of being inside, we like to go on road trips or on picnics nearby. We used to live in Hawaii and we loved going to the beach or on hikes, but here in NC there's not too much in the immediate area for us to do. Sometimes we will take a spontaneous weekend getaway to some nearby cities.

One of my biggest hobbies is collecting Starbucks cups, and it's a little out of hand haha. Other than drinking Starbucks, I also enjoy trying local coffee shops anywhere we go. I also enjoy drinking tea (:

I always try to rate promptly, but I am human, and life does get in the way sometimes. I will always reach out first before assuming the worst and rating a 1. I hope that others will do the same for me!

UPDATE August 2021 I am starting college in a couple of weeks, so I am probably going to slow down on swaps so I'm not overwhelmed with my job, school, and swaps. But I am still wanting to do swaps in my down time. I'm super excited to get back to class (:

I love all kinds of music, but alternative rock has my heart! I am a fan of all kinds of rock in general.

My favorite bands include: Alesana, Hands Like Houses, Dance Gavin Dance, Knuckle Puck, Real Friends, Crown the Empire, and Neck Deep.

I also enjoy rap, my favorite rapper is Logic, and I like rappers similar to him.

Country music is probably my least favorite genre.

I enjoy sci-fi movies the most. I also love horror movies. My favorite movies are: All 3 Back to the Future movies. The Titanic. Interstellar. AI. Classic Disney Movies. Star Wars Movies.

I am a sucker for reality tv.

I recently got into making acrylic key-chains and love it! I like decorating things with vinyl.I also like to make artist trading cards.

If I were to receive something craft related in a swap I would love any kind of vinyl (HTV, permanent, etc.), pressed flowers, patterned paper, memo pad paper, small envelopes, and stickers.

I love anything floral, especially sunflowers.

I love animals, I love both cats and dogs the same, I don't have a preference between the two (:

For postcard swaps without a theme, I would love a postcard specific to your your state or country. My goal is to have all 50 states in my collection, and as many foreign country PC’s as I can. Also. I love when people add stickers or washi tape to their postcards. It is a nice touch (:
