Hello!

Super excited to have found this... I am on Postcrossing as well and needed something new. A little about me:

I live in a small town in Ohio USA with my husband, who is a teacher. I work in machine sales. We have 2 dogs and love to go random places and try new things.

We love to cook, eat delicious food and have good drinks. I welcome any and all recipes for chicken, beef, or pork. I'm not a fan of Tofu, mushrooms, or uncooked onion (mostly a texture thing).

I love listening to music. When I'm reading it Classical, Vitamin String Quartet, 2Cellos, or anything instrumental (no jazz). If I need a pick me up it's Queen, Motley Crue, Elton John, Lady Gaga, Madonna, The Rolling Stones, Eagles. Mad Disturbed, Theory of a Dead Man, Five Finger Death Punch, Godsmack, Halestorm. I love country as well and enjoy some rap. I do not like scremo music.

I love Harry Potter and probably always will. I love to read. I will try almost anything. My favorite authors are J.K Rowling, Nora Roberts, Elin Hilderbrand, Dan Brown, Agatha Christie... I do not like horror or terror.

My favorite animal is a shark and I love the beach. We went to Hawaii on our honeymoon and I will forever be wanting to go back.

My favorite holiday is the 4th of July, for the fireworks, which is also the day after our anniversary. I love making Christmas cookies and would love to do a shared plate or tin!

I like to send and receive postcards, I'm not picky at all on what is sent.

I enjoy neons, pastels, bright and bold colors, black and white.

I'm not a fan of surrealism, cubism, or post-impressionism.

I enjoy a good cup of tea or coffee, I welcome new kinds and ways to make either. I do not like them very sweet as i like to taste the flavors of the tea or coffee itself.

I am an amateur photographer and love taking photos of bees in flowers (bee butts) as I call them.

I have a small garden of herbs and enjoys fresh flowers. My favorites being stargazer lilies, dahlias, and peonies.

I scrapbook when I can and love stickers. there are no bad stickers.
