Hi, I am a newlywed studying at Christ For The Nations Institute in Dallas, Texas. I'm originally from North Carolina and I like reading, writing, photography, techno/dance music, & watching old Godzilla movies. My favorite colors are blue and pink (my secondary favorite color is red.). I like dogs (but not cats).

I like old TV shows like the original Star Trek and the Andy Griffith Show, as well as Gilligan's Island, the Incredible Hulk, Lost in Space, Babylon 5, Word Girl, etc.

Well, I am primarily here for postcard swaps. Since I haven't had a chance to travel much in my life I enjoy seeing the world through postcards. I like postcards that show me something about where you live primarily through photos. I like postcards with

• Scenery/nature (I like seasonal themes like fall leaves especially)
• Interesting or famous landmarks
• Native plants/animals
• Roadside attractions and Quirky sights (like the "biggest ball of twine")
• Examples of architecture or culture
• Cities (including your town or the capitol)
• State/national parks
• Map cards
• View cards
• Tourist spots/touristy cards
• UNESCO World Heritage Sites
• Postcards from other countries
• Something a bit absurd, wacky or weird
• Aurora Borealis/Northern Lights
• Hubble Space photo cards, especially with nebula's

Show me what is unique about your area. I only collect store bought cards. I like cards sent both naked and in envelopes. I also tend to like single view cards more than multiple views (multi-views can be OK but I don't like it when they add too many images and it becomes busy). Vintage cards are OK. I would like to get more cards from New England and Great Plains states as I don't have many from these sections of the USA though I do like cards from all parts of the country.
