I love all kinds of music! The only stuff I don't like is old country music and heavy/speed metal. I mostly listen to alternative, rock and pop music.

I love Anne Rice, she's my favorite author. I also enjoy Joanne Fluke (murder mysteries and food!), Beverly Lewis, James Patterson Mary Janice Davidson, Jim Butcher, Michelle Paver, Georgia Byng and lots of young adult fiction. I love finding new authors and books to read.

I love movies!! My favorites are "The Princess Bride", "Stand By Me", "Big Fish", "Under the Tuscan Sun" "The Lost Boys" and "Dream A Little Dream", "Despicable Me", "How To Train Your Dragon" and "Minions". The only kind of movies I don't really like are horror movies or "artsy" movies.

Ah TV...so many shows! I enjoy Big Bang Theory, Blue Bloods, Grey's Anatomy, Chicago Fire, Chicago PD, Handmaid's Tale, The 100, Riverdale and many more.

I enjoy baking, knitting, stamping, card making and occasionally scrap booking. I got a Cricut for Christmas and am loving making decals and iron ons with it!

I'm a 52 year old mother of a 23 year old. :) We're a busy household, with cats (Tige7r, Toby, Phineas, Elvis, Ezri, Lily, Emmy) and 1 dog (Buddy). I live in northern VT and bought my first house in 2012. I love cats, owls, giraffes, foxes, clocks and keys. I collect lava lamps and snow globes. I also collect postcards. My favorite postcards are the ones that are black and say "Town" at Night", the word town is filled with whatever town it's from. They sometimes have a moon or stars or eyes on them too. So if anyone wants to send those for a swap I'd be tickled pink!! I also love to bake, especially fancy cupcakes. I'd love to get pretty cupcake papers, edible glitter and other fine powdered colored sugars, small cookie cutters for use with fondant and pretty much any tool I can use with baking except icing tips (I have tons of them).

I also love all kinds of black and fruit teas, packaged and loose. I don't like licorice, anise and most green teas.

I've noticed that lots of people have lists of their likes on their profiles and I guess that makes it pretty easy to get an idea what to send people for swaps! So I figured I'd give it a go:

Elvis, cats/kittens, owls, foxes, keys, clocks, stickers, handmade cards or blank store bought ones, Hello Kitty, Chococat, postcards (especially ones that are black or black w/a moon or stars and say '"name of town" at night'), postage stamps from other countries (with or without postmark), cupcake/baking things, dessert recipes, black teas (including flavored!), patches (iron on or sew on, I put them on jean jackets and already have two jackets full!), Kinder Egg toys (Uberaschungs Eii), hot chocolate, stamps and stamping things, fancy papers, gel pens or other fancy pens, travel related items (papers, maps, postcards etc) book pages, sheet music, maps (or pieces of them), Vinyl or iron on stuff for the Cricut Air Explore 2
