Some of you may have noticed I haven't been as active here on swap-bot lately, and for that, I apologize. I have been having some personal things going on that I can't really discuss, but things are getting back to normal now so I should be more active. We are still having some small issues with our mail, but so far I have been rated for all swaps with the exception of 3 people. (One of which knows the situation.) My name is Mel and I am a pet mommy, living in an old, (1800's) farmhouse in rural, northeastern PA with my roommate, dog and kitty cat. :)

Happy mail is my favorite way to connect with the outside world and I love putting together special packages to make people smile.

**I try really hard to put thought into each and every package I send to make it special for the person receiving it, so if you ever do not receive a swap or tag from me, PLEASE message me before rating, as I ALWAYS send what I promise in good faith! ALSO: If I do not rate you within a reasonable amount of time, please message me as well! Sometimes I can be a "scatterbrain", but it is never intentional! Oh! And one last thing... if there is ever an issue with something I send (like I forgot to include something, or there was not enough postage), PLEASE let me know so I can fix it before rating. ALL of my swaps go directly to the post office to be weighed, but they HAVE made a mistake before, so just let me know.*

Boring, Yet Important Health Stuff:

I suffer from agoraphobia, depression, panic disorder, social anxiety disorder and PTSD therefore do not leave my home very often.

I am also a type 2 diabetic with fibromyalgia, neuropathy, and a slew of other health issues. I am a stage 1 uterine cancer survivor! I am soon to be getting tested for lupus. HOWEVER, I do not let my physical/mental health issues define me as a person and I do not talk about them very often unless something major is going on. I like to try my best to remain as positive and upbeat as possible because life is too short to not be as happy as you can be.

As for "dislikes"... there is not much I dislike, but the two biggest things for me would be anything satanic or anything to do with animal cruelty. Other than that, I am a pretty open-minded and non-judgemental type of person. :)
