I have always sent my swaps out on time. ALWAYS. I wouldn't want someone to flake on me so I wouldn't flake on them.

Having said that, my mail system has been shoddy as of late and I can never tell what it's going to do. If you do not receive a swap from me and enough time has gone by, PLEASE contact me before down-rating. I am always happy to resend again and I am also considering the need for tracking with the way my mail has been going.
