You need to email one recipe that contains potato in its ingredients to five partners. So simple! It can be a recipe for anything - a starter, main, pudding, drink or anything else you may think of You can write it out if it is your own recipe, add a picture if you have one, or add a link of your favourite dish containing this item. When emailing your partners, please put their addresses in the BCC* field* Newbie with a well filled out profile are welcome. No unexplained ones or threes (meaning if you sign up and don't message me about why you got them you'll be banned from the swap).

Yes, if you have any allergies or health issues please post them here so your partner can see them and try to give you recipes you can use.

I seem to have gotten an extra mailing from one of the people that I sent to. I don't have that person to rate but would love to do so since there were at least a dozen links for great recipes.

I tried to take the vegetarians into considerations. I put milk in my recipes, but they can be subbed with soy or almond milk, not just cow. ( Tho I should of said so in my email). Most of my recipes just called for milk, but were otherwise just potatoes and herbs.

I have used soy or almond milk in MOST of my recipes, since I am lactose intolerant!
