Description:

Let's up-cycle some of our old note cards into post cards! Come on & let's be a little more green!

How many note cards, birthday or special occasion cards do you have kicking around that someone has sent to you? Have you been holding onto them because you like the picture?

It's very easy to make these used cards into new post cards! Just cut the front of the card off at the fold, write on the back (assuming there is no writing already on the back, in that case you can always glue a fresh sheet of paper over the writing), stamp it and address it to your partner!

Write a little note on the back about what the card was originally for or from. You can add embellishments on the front if you would like.

This is supposed to be a simple and quick swap. Sender's choice so you can start making your postcards now if you would like.

Do not send anything you would not like to receive. Nothing torn, stained, smelly, ect.

Newbies welcome but flakers are not!

I will angel, just let me know.

This is a regional-USA swap to keep postage to a minimum. If there is interest for an international swap, I will be more than happy to host another one!

One postcard sent naked to each partner.

Enjoy & Happy Swapping!

Love this idea! More appealing to me than using a cereal box to make a recycled postcard, although I know the money that goes into marketing & designing product packaging (so a cereal box post card should look good)!

how many do you send to each partner

Oh! One PC is required to send to each partner. Though I'm sure no one would mind if you decided to send more! :-)

can you use cool photos to make the pc?

I'm ready!

@Beingguided The idea is to up-cycle used cards into a postcard. Although I do not want to tell you to not make something with cool photos, my main idea for this swap was to re-use something you would otherwise throwaway or let sit in a box somewhere. If your partner does not mind, you can, but I would check with them first. Thanks for asking.
