Big thanks to member Lishmo for this awesome suggestion! For this swap, you will have one partner for which you will create and fill one Halloween-themed Whimsy Pocket. If you're not familiar with these adorable creations, you can use Google images for some inspiration, or click link for a Tutorial These are simple and fun to create, and a great way to recycle at the same time. You simply cut a toilet paper roll to 3 or 3.5 inches, glue the bottom closed(use clothespins to hold until dry), cover with paper/fabric, embellish, and fill with Halloween-themed goodies. Once again, thanks to Lishmo for this wonderful suggestion!!

I'm in! I had never heard of whimsy pockets before this. I glued mine last night and can't wait to truly get going on it today.

Thanks for joining, Wanda! I had never heard of one either, but now I've made 4!!! So much fun! Now I just have to decide what I'm stuffing mine with! If you click my Flickr link, you can see a picture of two I have done....I'm in love!

So cute, Jentri! I just posted a note on your Flickr photo. Four, already, huh? I was out in the studio earlier and found a t.p. tube in a drawer and felt like I had just struck gold. LOL It is now on my kitchen table with a clamp on the glued end, drying. So that will be my second. I think I'd better go check all of the drawers in the studio. I was saving them for awhile for a diff. project, but decided against it and threw a bunch away. Maybe there are some more hiding around, though.
