1.5 INCH POSTAGE STAMP QUILT SQUARES R#5

INTERNATIONAL!!!

Since these tiny little squares don't cost much to mail no matter where you send them to, I am inviting all our international friends to join in the fun..

For this swap you will send 50 X 1.5" fabric squares to each of 3 partners. Send no more than 2 squares of the same fabric, so you will be sending at least 25 different fabrics. The fabric you send MUST be 100% cotton. No wool, rayon, polyester, etc. allowed!!! Please send quality fabric, it MUST be good quality fabric that isn't so thin you can read the paper through it, lol. Be sure to choose pretty prints. Also, PLEASE.....be sure to measure and cut accurately each square 1.5".

I know that 50 to 3 partners sounds like an awful lot, but these little squares are so quick and easy to cut, you will have them all done before you know it..

Now some of you may be asking...."What on earth can you do with such tiny pieces of fabric?" Well, you can stitch them together to make a Postage Stamp Quilt, handbag, tote bag, placemats, coasters, tablecloth.....the possibilities are endless..

Now let's get down to the Nitty Gritty.. Newbies are welcome to join this swap, but must have a very well filled out profile. Seasoned swappers must have a 4.8 rating with no unexplained no-sends or 3 ratings. If you have received a 1 or 3 rating within the past 3 months, you need to pm me before signing up to explain your situation. We all know that sometimes life happens that's beyond our control:) If for any reason you see that you are going to be late sending, be sure to contact both your partners and myself and let us know what's going on and all will work out fine..

If someone happens to get flaked on for this swap, either I will angel for you or I will find you an angel:)

While reading the info on this swap, I noticed that you refered to it as swap R#5. My question, are you going to continue having swaps of fabric this size and how often? Have always wanted to make a postage stamp quilt, this would be a nice way to collect all of those pieces.

I will continue to do these swaps.. I have a quilt-in-the-making and want to get it done.. I don't know how often.. hopefully not too far between each one..
