Description:
Reuse/Recycle/Reuse postcards from a food box that includes a recipe which came on the box. Eg: the back of a box of pasta which came with a recipe for sauce printed on it. The entire recipe must be included so your partner could actually try out the recipe. Clean cardboard only; no waxed or freezer boxes, please. You will send one card each to two partners (two cards total). There is no need to decorate the card, but you may if you choose. This is a letters and writing swap, so please include a message on your card.

For example, I'm cutting a 4x6" rectangle from a brownie box where they printed a wonderful recipe for cream cheese brownies. Or the bran muffin recipe from the raisin bran cereal box. What if it's on the narrow side of the box and there are creases in the cardboard?

I have some favorite recipes from sweetened condensed milk labels and chocolate chip packages that are bags. Can I glue that to a postcard?

Ok, I'm a little confused, we need to send the actual part of the box that has the recipe on it? Or make a postcard from the box with the recipe and write the recipe on the back of the post card?

@manders2280 Creases are fine (I think they are hilarious). But for now, no gluing a label onto cardboard. This is for recipes which came printed on a box.

@SecretSerendipity You need to cut out the part of a box that came with a recipe printed on it. Do not write out a recipe by hand. The point is to re-use an old box as a postcard, but it must be the part that came with a recipe already printed on it.
