Let's exchange some of our work! For this swap you will send one stitched piece to your partner (and receive one from other partner). It should be small to fit in a regular size envelope. When sending please protect your work with couple pieces of cardboard. When you receive stitched piece, you will finish it and you will tell us, in our group forum, how did you do it. Did you do an ornament or a pincushion or maybe something else? Design is a senders choice, so you can start working on it even before partners are assigned.

So are we sending them a complete piece or a semi done one. I am just confused about the "Finish it" part

Semi done. The only finish part is the stitching (and/or beading)
