Description:
Send your partner a naked handmade postcard. On the back, write a horoscope for them. It can be totally made up. I'm sure some of us have read up on astrology...but some of us are good at making stuff up and this is what this swap is about. The front (image side) of your postcard should be hand made. However, this is just for fun and does not have to be a work of art. Cut and paste, as long as it meets legal guidelines, is fine. Masterful artistry: also fine, but only if you feel like it. The front image or design must relate to astrology in some way and incorporate a reference to your partner's astrological sign. After your sign up, comment with your astrological sign. Example message (on your postcard's back): "Leo: Today, watch out for your co workers. You think they hate you. Well, you might be right this time. Tonight: your friends are planning an intervention regarding your habit of playing "Naughty Truth or Dare." Duck them by visiting your mother who loves you." Questions? Ask away in the Swap Comments! This is for fun and to get to know one another! Just try to have fun, and have a sense of humor!

great idea. :) Question: Does that mean we sent the postcard just as it is and not in an envelope? Because if possible - could my swap partner please send it in an envelope? I've found that postcards that are special and nice, etc. tend to get "lost" when they're send just as they are to me. :(

Another Pisces here. While I applaud your clever idea, egalitÃ©, I feel very emotional about this swap, as if my heart were being tossed about by turbulent seas. But I'm so famously creative, I just have to join it, don't I? However, I warn all of you that I've been known to be very irrational when it comes to homebaked cookies. If I'm your partner, be aware that one moment I'll be all sweetness & light, and the next moment I'll be quoting Sylvia Plath to your face.

Isn't it wild that all this weirdness comes simply from being born in late February? As I like to put it, "Truth is stranger than fact." =splash!=

Oh egalitÃ©, did my comment not blatantly register as a joke? I, was attempting (however ineptly) to be very disrespectful toward astrology--as in, mocking the hell out of the usual writeup for Pisces. =laugh= I think astrology deserves a whole gamut of reactions. As we all know, some people writing under the banner of astrology are seriously lame.
