• If sending more than one item vary the material. (Ex. 1-map, 1-dictionary, 1-chart)

• Please keep highlighting and underlining to a minimum when sending your selections. (90% of the material should be free of markings.)

Examples of reference material: Almanac, Atlas, Book by category - books listed in their category, Dictionary or Lexicon, Encyclopedia, Gazetteer, Grammar - a book in which aspects of the grammar of a language can be looked up, Handbook, Mathematical tables, Pharmacopoeia - is a book containing pharmaceutical drug specifications, Scientific tables - a tabulation of scientific results, Thesaurus. Also maps or any book which gives authorative information that can be used as reference material in a cited work
