Have these notebooks to be handmade or store bought then altered?

good question! i actually haven't thought of that! but since we're at it, i guess it's better for the notebook to be store bought since i presume most of us wants notebooks with lines? or you could ask your partner which they prefer! i, for myself, prefer notebooks with lines though! hope that helped!

I want to do this swap, but i'm moving to the watchlist for now (somany swaps on my dashboard) I wish to receive a notebook A5 size. I like everything, as long as it has been decorated by my partner :)

What's an A5 notebook?

@tienke I don't mean to get at you but is it not a bit 'off' to stipulate what size you want as your partner will probably only have access to what they have or can easily get? I really don't mean to be rude but I have already bought my notebook and I didn't even think to check it's size. Just took one of the shelf that looked a decent size with the potential to decorate whilst not covering up a pretty cover that was already there.

A5 is a half of an A4--5.8 x 8.3 inches almost the size of US 8.5 x 11 folded in half top to bottom (5.5 x 8.5 inches)

If the partner I am assigned wants an A5, I'll can only make or buy one that's the folded A size (A size = the US letter size-8.5 x 11 inches)

If I get a UK partner please send A5 if my partner is American or Canadian please send me 5" X 7". They are closest in size to each other

@gofeen I thought it was cheaper and easier to send an A5sized notebook, that's why I've put this here... (most of the notebooks I can find here in the stores are A5size) I just wanted to make things a little bit easyer for my partner... sorry... :(

Something like the A5 size is fine for me, too--even a little smaller is ok. Nothing bigger please!
