Description:

For this swap, you will make nine inches for one partner and each one will be a different color:

  • pink
  • red
  • orange
  • yellow
  • lime
  • green
  • sky
  • blue
  • violet

I'm not going to get picky about the blues and greens so long as you have one light green, one darker green, one light blue, and one darker blue inchie along with the other five colors. You may use small amounts of other colors, but each one should be mostly one of the above colors.

You may use any themes you like, but please keep it clean. If you'd hide it from your kids, please don't send it in this particular swap.

Inches should measure 1" square and be on stiff backing. You may use any sort papers, ribbons, brads, or ephemera you like. You may also add drawings or paint, if you dare. Please do not simply put a sticker or a word cut from a magazine on cardstock and call it 'done.' Have fun, but put some time and effort into these. Send something out you would be excited to receive.

The finished inches may be mailed out loose or attached to a backing - this will be sender's choice.

Please have a rating of 4.8 or higher and no recent 3's or 1's before signing up. Newbies with a link on their profile to beautiful art they've made in the past are welcome. PM me if you don't have a link on your profile but have images of your art to show me.

I will remove anyone from the swap that does not meet the above requirements before partners are assigned. I can angel if anyone gets flaked on.

Please feel free to PM with questions or leave a note below.

Have a wonderful day!

Thanks to the folks who posted pix. I was going to join, but I'm vegan, so I wouldn't like getting the feathers (and I hate to throw away others' art). Maybe I'll join next time around if there's a note about checking partner's profiles. :)

Just to be clear, as there seems to be some confusion: my saying "I hate to throw away others' art" does not mean I've actually done it. I've hard lovely swap partners in the past who've sent me wonderfully vegan items, and only once did I mail the art back to the person since I didn't want it in my house. Thanks!
