Changed my mind on this one. I am going to make it INTERNATIONAL because I think it would be cool to see pictures from overseas! This is my first swap, and I'm not sure if it has been done before but I thought it would be loads of fun! Each person will have 1 partner they send to. You will buy a disposable camera, take a few hours and go around your town and take pictures of interesting or fun things. The trick is, there can't be any people in the shots unless you accidentally catch a car going by! You will then send the camera to your partner, and your partner will get the film developed to see what kind of shots you took! Each person will include with their swap a brief description of their town, their favorite things about the town (or city!!) they live in, and why they love it there! People with a rating of 4.5 or higher only please, and zero no sends! Newbies welcome if you have a fully filled out profile and you MUST contact me before signing up! EDITED The question below was basically asking if we could just use regular film, and send the roll of film instead of a disposable camera. I am going to say yes, but I would prefer if you used a disposable camera. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me! I am on here everyday! Happy swapping! :-D

I will surely do another if this one goes well! I love pictures and I think it would be awesome to start a scrapbook of pictures from various places!

I bought a disposeable camera today so I'm ready to play:) Question. Is it okay to start taking pictures now? I mean like a couple each day. I plan to have the camera with me and when I see something interesting snap it while I'm there. Hope this is okay.

Chappykat: That is a great idea! Since this isn't partner specific (unless you want hearts by sending them a little something extra!!), you can start taking pictures whenever you want! I know I've already got my camera and have taken a few. I guess I could have added that into the description! But, of course! Snap away!!

Done Deal! The Hollywood sign is tempting me to hike Griffith Park sos I can snap a shot of it close. Legally close only:) I hear the sign has motion detectors and police air patrol. Don't want my swap pal to develop the camera and see a very surprised pic of me at the base of the "H" sign IN HAND CUFFS! (snicker)

Would it be possible to participate with just a roll of film? I have a ton of film cameras that I love to use and a couple of reusable-disposables I am not ready to part with and I am too cheap to get a new disposable.

Carmen: I guess that would be fine. If you don't want to buy a disposable camera, and have an SLR to shoot with, just use that and send the roll of film. Thanks for asking!
