I thought this would be a good swap after finding myself in a need for a variety of greeting cards all of a sudden. I thought this must be a problem else where too. Plus would be FUN and fairly easy & inexpensive. Heres what we do.... Send 1 card from at least 3 different catagories. Birthday Get Well Sympathy Thinking of you Just Because Thank You Holiday of your choice any other occasion (wedding, baby, graduation etc.) So in short get 6 cards, send 3 each to 2 partners the cards must be new or handmade, they can be ones you have had awhile and dont need or you have doubles of etc. for instance you bought a box of assorted greeting cards and only used birthday.... (I just want to make clear not to send cards you received your self in the mail or on a gift) Or you can make the cards yourself. the idea is to have on hand a new mix of cards to send out when needed. ( please send only nice cards as in nothing wrong with them no damage of any type would be acceptable. write DO NOT BEND if sending in Envelope. No cry babies, if you get a card you don't care for just reswap it! these cards aren't for you to send to yourself anyway. ratings: if you receive your 3 cards give your partner a 5 if you get your 3 and one or more was handmade and is extra special then you might want to give a heart! if all were handmade well that deserves a heart for sure! everyone who signs up certainly is planning on sending their 3 cards out to their 2 partners, right? thats 6 cards total. 3 cards x 2 partners blank or wording is optional, I prefer preprinted wording inside, myself. but its all according to you on that part. no minimum, no maximum spending will be set. an extra one filled out to your partner would be a nice touch but certainly not necessary i'll make this international, its so neat to meet people from around the world!

This is really a swap you can start on as soon as you decide to sign up! as you just grab a variety of 3 cards and send them. you never know what kind of card you'll need. In the past month or so I have needed 2 get well, 2 sympathy, 3 birthday, etc. I've never really made a card myself but I have seen them and want to give it a try. Oh your "handmade" card can be made yourself, by your friend or can be a handmade-storebought LOL

I try not to do or sign up for 2 partner swaps but this way everyone gets a nice variety and maybe make a friend (or 2)you didnt know the day b4!

This is a fun swap! I prefer cards with no text inside. My partners will get at least one hand made card since I really enjoy making them! :)

Im afraid all mine will be handmade! I am not allowed to buy cards anymore, since I have a room full of craft stuff! Hope thats OK?

Hi Please help me understand this... The partners I have send me cards to is not the same ones that I am ask to rate, I thought it would be the same ones. My little problem is that I got 3 very nice cards from Saranac Lake NY, but with no note or anything so I don't know who to rate for it. The parners I should send to is Ola Hradecka and northernlyn and the ones I shall rate is Val Sped and Mozland. Who send the cards to me???

It was Mozland who send me the cards. Suzan also "hurried" to my assistance. Thank you very much, it's nice that total strangers are ready to help and assist, just because we have a hobby in common. I will look forward to getting your cards then. Have a nice day.
