Overwhelmed with Organization

So, I thought I had a good system for keeping track of my swaps, letters to send out or have been sent out, fb's, stickers, etc. But it has backfired on me and it basically looks like my swaps and swap material has thrown up all over my kitchen table! So I was thinking surely someone out there has a good system.

So for this swap you will have 2 partners. You will just send them a letter explaining how you keep track of everything, keep it sorted, etc. I would also include what does work or doesn't work for you. Maybe we can all get some good ideas.

Anyone can join, it is just one stamp so I can angel. :)
