CS: Blue ATC with Washi

I'm hosting this in the ATCs, Coins and Tags group, but heard from a CDN swapper she likes these types of swaps, so I'm trying it here, too.

Let's coordinate an ATC with Washi tape. The colour is what will coordinate them.

The main colour of both the ATC and the Washi will be blue.

Make a nice background, use at least one piece of Washi and put a focal point on it.

The Washi tape can have a subtle pattern on it; don't just use a solid line of blue, unless you use more than one piece.

If enough interest is shown, I'd like to continue this each month with a different colour.
