Send your 2 partners a list with 10 words that describe yourself! Use a note card, stationery or some other decorated papers (handmade always welcome and encouraged!) to write your list. Include a factory sealed tea that is nothing they are allergic to or don't like.

Send this in a decorated envelope (washi, stickers, stamping etc...)

Type-written list is fine if you have hard time writing.
