Description:

This is for an embossed card made by Jessica Taylor; I don't think a tutorial is needed, but please click on the link to see the card in a better resolution that I have here as the image (just scroll down a bit).

How would you put this together? I think I'd cut the strips first, then attach them securely (Washi tape?) so they can be put in the embossing folder, then attach them to the mat paper behind them.

I'd love to know your ideas - please put them into the comment boxes below. I think it's okay if others use our ideas - we're here to expand our knowledge.

Who would like to join me in making this very pretty card?

I was thinking of embossing each strip of paper individually, then cut them up and add to the base, that way I can make multiple cards with alternating strips. Or I would attach the strips to my base and put it all through the embossing folder. I will have to look at the card better and see what I choose to do.
