Snippet Roll Swap

I did a swap like this for another group and had fun with it - something different but was able to do my favorite collaging on it.

For this swap you will create one paper snippet roll. A snippet roll, if you are not familiar with them, is a long narrow strip of paper that you will collage and decorate for your partner. Theme is up to you. Let's go for a width no more than 2" and a length of about 18 inches - longer if you like. The fun thing is that you can then cut off pieces of your snippet and add them to other projects or your junk journals.

I find it easiest to begin by creating my long strip of paper then do my collaging on top of it. Don't use paper that is heavy as you will be adding layers to it, which will make it thicker and harder to fold and mail. You can find inspiration on Pinterest and You Tube for ideas.
