Light House Post Cards Easy and Historical

As I live in the middle of the Netherlands, I don't have acces to postcards of lighthouses. They are usely sold at the coast. Can I make a postcard with a picture of a lighthouse myself? I have several photo's on my computer of the lighthouses of Terschelling and Ameland (two of the Dutch Waddenislands)

Alphenstamp-As long as it is a nice picture, like you would find on a post card. That would be fine. I'm sorry it took me a while to reply. I had a long weekend. Daughter's band in school had a competition with Bands In The Parks. They took all 3 top trophy's weehee. lol Than spent the day at Disney Land, so I'm just wooped.

Ummm.....what if our lighthouse doesn't have it's own website??

Look up it's history if you can. I would say try google, and type in the name of something like (the history of ________lighthouse) see what pops up lol I don't know lol. got a dr. appt let me know through email what you find out and i will try and help later when i get home

Hi All, it has been brought to my attention by the person here concerned about her ratings. She just got a no send. I have looked into it and her back ground is spotless except for this one. Now I know what my rules are but please continue to read. She is shipping over seas and her partner has not given enough time for her item or items to arrive. And her partner is a newbie with only one rating herself. So I'm sure she's learning the ropes and will learn eventually not to do that to someone else. So this person is staying in the swap even with her no send. And if you don't like my changing of my own rules you can leave if you want. But I am sure that you all understand what I'm talking about. And what is up with being able to rate partners already on here, we haven't even ended the swap yet? Or am I really so bad off I'm seeing things. I not kidding at the top of my screen with the swap info it says rate partners and cordinator lol.

Heather, I'm sorry to read about your auntie, I'll have her and your family in my prayers. And there were some changes recently - now you can rate your partners immediately right after the partners are assigned- but only with 5. Other options - 1 and 3 - will be avaiable 2 weeks after due date. There is also a novelty - rating a coordinator :-) To reward extraordinary coordinators with stars :-) And you deserve a star for sure!
