Improve a Postcard

Want another swap to use up a postcard you don't love?

Take a storebought postcard that you're ready to make someone else's problem (no ad or freebie, and let's not use Zazzle or similar this time -- I'd hope you'd like something you got printed). Then, use between 1 and 3 elements to improve it. Add a silly sticker or two, paste on a cutout from a magazine, etc. Maybe you're adding an interesting character to a boring tourism card, or perhaps a tiny person emerging from the center of a dull illustrated flower. Just make sure whatever you add is thin paper that won't make the postcard too uneven, and I recommend very thoroughly gluing even stickers so they don't come off in sorting machines.

While your card could have some artistic merit, this is supposed to be more silly than expressive. Limited to 3 elements to keep what everyone sends on a similar effort level.

Make sure your postcard is made of sturdy material and add extra postage if oversized.

Include swap name and your username on the back. Write something kind or interesting for your partner.
