5 Days of Kawaii Holiday Cheers 2023

Please note that this is a fairly large swap with a lot of components. Therefore, there are prerequisites.

(Example from a previous, similar swap - the one pictured was for 10 days)

Prerequisites:

• Must have completed at least 10 Type-3 swaps by the time I assign partners
• Must have signed on within 3 days of when I assign partners
• Must have done a swap within the past month of when I assign partners
• Must have a Kawaii section on your profile

If you have less than a 5.0 rating but routinely join my Kawaii swaps, feel free to send me a message to make a decision.

For this swap, you will send your partner a package filled with 5 gifts. Each of these gifts will need to be wrapped and labeled "Day 1", "Day 2", etc (up to Day 5). As this is a holiday swap, please use winter-themed or Kawaii-themed wrapping/decoration.

Any of the following is an acceptable gift:

• 30 loose mini memo sheets
• 25 loose large memo sheets
• 20 various size memo sheets (coupons, half sheets, letter paper, die cut memo sheets)
• 3 sets of loose letter sets (2 letter papers and 1 matching envelope = 1 set)
• 3 sets of loose mini letter sets (2 letter papers and 1 matching envelope = 1 set)
• 30 loose sticker flakes
• 1 small roll of deco or washi tape (does not need to be branded but must be Kawaii)
• 1 new, unused sticker sheet
• 1 new, unused sticker sack
• 1 new, unused mini memo pad
• 5 envelopes (can be mini, regular size, or a mix of both, must be branded Kawaii)
• 1 new, unused set of mini envelopes/pochi bags

If you have other kawaii items that you're unsure about (sticky memo notes, page flags, pencils, pencil caps, etc), reach out to your partner to see if they would be okay receiving the item.

• Day 2: 25 loose large memo sheets
• Day 3: 5 envelopes
• Day 4: 30 mini memo sheets
• Day 5: sticker sheet

Please SEND ONLY Japanese-branded Kawaii (San-X, Kamio, Sanrio, Q-lia, Mindwave, etc). Refer to this guide from @ColoradoKate on what counts as Kawaii. Keep duplication at a minimum.

DO NOT SEND Daiso, Disney, Diddl, American Hello Kitty, Morning Glory, Korean/Taiwanese/Chinese Kawaii, or Aliexpress.

NO COUNTERFEIT/FAKE. Please note that I have been seeing a lot of Kawaii from Aliexpress in swaps. If all you have are San-X or Sanrio stationery purchased from Aliexpress, please do not join. I've let it slide previously but I'll be more strict moving forward.

Do not fold letter sets or memo sheets. DO NOT USE PAPERCLIP. Must be packaged well so items are not damaged. Sticker flakes should be in a smaller envelope/baggie of their own so they're not thrown all over in the envelope.

Include a note/card with your swap-bot ID and swap name.

This is sender's choice but check your partner's profile to ensure you're not sending them anything on their dislike list.

Please also note that this swap will most likely need to be sent as a package.
