I don't know how many swappers our there are as addicted to True Blood and the Southern Vampire Mystery Novels written by Charlaine Harris as I am...but I wanted to combine my love for the show/books with my love for high quality nice and neat FBs. I propose this swap with each participant having 2 partners and sending each partner 5 FBs. These FBs will most likely be starter ones, in order to meet the theme requirement, and can have anything to do with either the books or the show. Vampires are so popular now, let's see how many fans there are out there! Newbies are allowed, as long as your profiles are filled out. Hopefully everyone will be reliable, but if not I might be able angel a swap or two!

Hi Morte,

FB is short for Friendship Book. They're small decorative books made for one person that penpals and swappers sign then pass along to another person to sign and so on...once it's full it gets sent to the person it belongs to and that person has a little book of people to write/swap with!

Does that make sense?

Are you familiar with FBs at all? Basically, you would make 10 starter FBs so that they can be themed to the show of True Blood. I've made a couple and just typed True Blood into a Yahoo! images search and found some pictures I liked, printed them out, and used those to make them True Blood FBs. I scanned my Sookie Stackhouse one and could e-mail it to you if you'd like...

I have never done a FB at all! I havent done any kind of a swap at all lol...

I love True Blood and the novels, but does the FB have to be decorated as the show? Meaning I am asking is maybe I can do more swaps and get more people to sign it and what not, and just want it to reflect me. It would def have some True Blood on/in it. but may not be all about it lol.

jentyree, you get to design the cover of your FB any way you wish so it's totally your style. Then, you write on the inside who the FB is for and that you made it and the book should be empty when you send it to your partner...does that make sense?
