ATC #5 Crayon resist Art

In this swap we will have 1 partner to make 1 ATC for. We will be doing crayon resist or if you know of other methods of resist feel free to do so.

Think of dying an Easter egg. Sometimes as a kid I would use a white crayon to draw on the egg and then my Mom would drop it in a cup of color. It evolved as I got older.

So you will:
✍️Draw on your ATC with a 🖍crayon (or other resist method).
👩‍🎨Use watercolors ( can be made with food coloring or watery paint if needed), ink, or similar to add color to your whole ATC.
☀️*Let it dry and glue to a firmer surface if necessary.

You can add to it if you’d like but make sure this art style shows.
FYI- A similar method can be used on fabric. You use white school glue instead of crayon, dye the fabric with ink and you will have a batik like fabric.

Be sure to include your name and swap name on your ATC. Please rate a 5 if you get something. This kind of art can be a little unpredictable and we are trying something fun. That said... please do your best. Have fun!
